Pastor Monte LeLaCheur (Senior Pastor) moved to Spokane at the age of seven when his parents, Norman and Norma LeLaCheur, were elected as pastors of the First Church of the Open Bible.

Pastor Nathan Hagan (Ministry & Outreach Pastor) develops our church's missional role in the community in addition to helping lead our Master's Commission. Nathan received a B.S. in Pastoral Ministries from Eugene Bible College in Eugene, OR in 1993.

Pastor Brad Goeman (Assistant Pastor) oversees the small groups, adult ministries, and media of our church. Brad, who grew up in South Dakota, graduated from Eugene Bible College in 1995 with a Pastoral Studies Major with an emphasis in Counseling.

Pastor Joel Morris (Youth Pastor) and his wife Kimberlee and son John have been at First Church of the Open Bible since October of 2006. Pastor Joel and Kimberlee met in high school and were leaders in the youth group while attending this church as teenagers.

Pastor Josh Stelly (Young Adult Pastor) is the Young Adult Pastor and Master's Commission Director at First Church of the Open Bible. He is an alumnus of INSTE receiving a diploma in Theology.

Allison Larson (Children's Director) grew up in Spokane, WA. After graduating from Shadle Park High School, she went to college in Kirkland WA, at Northwest College of the Assemblies of God.

Nicki Anderson (Pre-school Director) Nicki Anderson has recently joined our team this year as our early childhood development director. Nicki grew up in Southern Oregon and first came to us as a Master's Commission student in 2002.

Pastor Paul Brown (Pastor/Building Admin) was raised in Nebraska, with a couple of years in the Virgin Islands where his parents served as missionaries. He graduated from Eugene Bible College in Eugene, Oregon in 1969 and has been in the ministry for 38 Years.

Paul Didier (Administrator) moved to Spokane at the age of 22 and spent the next 20+ years in the Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical business. Eighteen of those years were spent running his HVAC business called Heat Transfer here in Spokane.

Jason Roper (Worship Leader) has been involved in music ministry since 1992. He graduated Master's Commission in Maple Valley, Washington in 1996. Soon after graduating he became the young adults director at River of Life Fellowship in Kent.

Carol Brown (Secretary) was raised in Cheney & Spokane. She graduated from Eugene Bible College in Eugene, Oregon in 1969 and has been in the ministry with her husband for 38 years.
