Pastor Paul Brown was raised in Nebraska, with a couple of years in the Virgin Islands where his parents served as missionaries. He graduated from Eugene Bible College in Eugene, Oregon in 1969 and has been in the ministry for 38 Years. He has ministered in Pittsburg, California, Belle Fourche & Hot Springs, South Dakota, and Lewiston, Idaho. The past 15 years Paul has served on the Pastoral staff at First Church of the Open Bible in Spokane. He has traveled to the Philippines, Africa, New Guinea, Mexico, & St. Vincent on mission trips to build churches with Open Bible's “Men of Vision Evangelize” ministry. He has been married for 39 years to his wife Carol. Paul & Carol have 4 grown children; Shalene & husband Chuck, Jolene, Todd & Kaylene and 2 wonderful grandchildren, Kayla & Josiah. His favorite sport is golf and his favorite pastime is watching sports on TV. He especially enjoys watching golf, that is unless the Mariners are on.
