Pastor Joel Morris and his wife Kimberlee and son John have been at First Church of the Open Bible since October of 2006. Pastor Joel and Kimberlee met in high school and were leaders in the youth group while attending this church as teenagers. They both attended North Central University in Minneapolis, MN where Pastor Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Church Music and Kimberlee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Mass Communications. They served at a church in Minnesota where their son John was born before moving back to Spokane to serve as the current youth pastors. They enjoy serving in this role and have a dedicated heart for reaching the teens of North Spokane and impacting the entire city for Christ.
